1. Software Alliance Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable to any failure whatsoever or delay in performance hereunder if such failure or delay is due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Pastel Software Australia’s control.
2. While any advice shall be provided in good faith with all due care, such advice being verbal or in writing, the customer/s representative requesting information acknowledges he/she is always the operator of such computer equipment and software and hereby indemnifies Software Alliance Group Pty Ltdand any representative acting on it’s behalf in providing any assistance from any claim of any kind whatsoever or liability for compensation for any loss, damage, cost or expense resulting from aforementioned advice.
3. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the integrity of any data stored and undertakes to ensure appropriate backup procedures are followed to minimise loss or damage to Sage Pastel data.
4. Software Alliance Group Pty Ltd cannot guarantee full recovery of data corrupted. Software Alliance Group Pty Ltd cannot guarantee recovery on corruption and errors involving third party software and hardware.
5. Software Alliance Group Pty Ltd generally only support the current version and one version back and is at their discretion to approve services for older version users.
