Consultant Contract Member
Consultant Contract Members are those customers who are linked to a Sage Pastel Consultant and they have purchased this specific plan from us. You are entitled to Web Based Chat and email/fax support. In addition you receive updates and upgrade as well as access to our exclusive Customer Portal which has various downloads, newsletters and other links including ability to log a support incident.
The plan is designed to provide consultants with a 2nd level of support for their customers for situations where they are unavailable or on leave. It is not designed to 1st line as we expect the consultants to provide 1st level support.
You also have free access to our Go to Assist Services usually charged at an hourly rate.
